MyoSkel AI is an AI-powered medical education SaaS platform designed specifically for orthopedic surgical residents. The Service provides personalized study tools, adaptive question banks, and board examination preparation resources. The Service is intended solely for educational purposes and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your:

• Full name
• Email address
• Post-Graduate Year (PGY) level
• Affiliated institution
• Scheduled examination date

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Eligibility

The Service is intended for use by medical professionals and trainees aged 18 and older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all registration information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete.

The Service is designed exclusively for educational and board examination preparation purposes. Nothing provided through the Service should be construed as medical advice, clinical guidance, or a substitute for professional medical judgment. MyoSkel AI is not a healthcare provider, and use of the platform does not establish a physician-patient relationship.
